This policy covers the MCP connector and API at
platform.greenfee365.com. The Greenfee365 website has its own
privacy policy.
The discovery tools (course search, destinations, tee times and prices) require no account and collect no personal data. Requests contain only what the assistant sends to answer the question: course or destination names, dates and party size. Responses contain public availability data.
We do not store queries, conversations or profiles from connector use. IP addresses are processed transiently for rate limiting and operational logs; logs are short-lived and used only to keep the service healthy. The connector sets no cookies.
The connector itself never takes payment and never reserves a tee time. When a booking is prepared through Greenfee365's own concierge surfaces, the name and email provided are passed to the Greenfee365 booking system solely to prepare that booking, and are then governed by the Greenfee365 privacy policy. Payment happens on the secure checkout at greenfee365.com.
Discovery data comes from Greenfee365's own booking platform. We do not sell or share connector request data with third parties.
